RECEIVING YOUR REFERRAL REWARD

 

How do I know if my friend started using the BOSS Money app?

You will receive an email when your friend has set up their account in the app. The subject line of this email is: Thanks for referring your friend!

If you receive this email, it means that you are eligible to earn a referral reward if your friend completes a qualifying transaction using the BOSS Money app. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Emails are sent to the address that you used to set up your account in the BOSS Money app. If you’re not sure what email address you used, open the BOSS Money app and tap the button in the upper left corner of the screen that displays your initials. Then tap “Edit profile” — you’ll see the email address in the “Personal Details” section.

 

How do I know if I have earned a referral reward?

You will receive an email when your referred friend makes a qualifying transaction. The subject line of this email is: Congratulations! The referral is completed. Your reward is on the way. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder.

How will I receive my virtual gift card?

Your virtual gift card will be sent in a separate email. The address that this email comes from is: bossrevolution@awards2go.net.

Please add this address to your contacts to be sure that the gift card email is delivered to your inbox. If you have not received a gift card that you are expecting, search for emails from bossrevolution@awards2go.net in your inbox and spam folder.

My friend made a qualifying transaction, so why didn’t I receive my virtual gift card?

The most common reasons why you might not have received a virtual gift card are:

  • You used a different email address when setting up your BOSS Money account; or
  • Your friend did not use your referral link to download the BOSS Money app 

To receive a replacement card or a card for a friend’s qualifying transaction that was not associated with your BOSS Money account, please contact our customer care team directly from the BOSS Money app. On the app’s main screen, tap the button in the upper left corner that displays your initials, then tap the “Help” button on the profile and settings screen. You can reach us by using online chat, sending an email or calling.

USING YOUR VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

 

I received my virtual card. How do I use it for online purchases?

To use your card online, you will need to register it by going to https://account.awards2go.net/ind/registration and entering your name, address and contact information. 

Registration will also ensure that if your card is lost or stolen, it can be replaced with minimum verification.

 

What can I purchase with my virtual card?

After registering your card at https://account.awards2go.net/ind/registration, it can be used at any online or over-the-phone merchant in the U.S. that accepts Visa for payment.

Please note that your card cannot be used for financial transfers or cash back transactions of any kind. It can also not be used for recurring transactions such as prepaid monthly memberships.

 

I received my virtual card and have been using it. How can I check my card balance?

To check your balance, go to https://account.awards2go.net/ind/login. You will need to enter the 16-digit card number and 3-digit security code.

 

Is my virtual card reloadable?

No, your virtual card cannot be reloaded.
